According to Syria, an Israeli airstrike forced Aleppo airport to close, killing one soldier

According to Syrian official media, Israel conducted airstrikes against Aleppo’s airport on Monday night, killing one soldier and injuring seven others.

The Aleppo International Airport and other targets outside the city were reportedly targeted by Israeli Air Force airplanes, according to SANA, the state news agency of Syria.

It stated that the airport was closed because of significant damage brought on by the attacks.
