The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit issued a decision narrowing the nationwide injunction against the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for federal contractor employees set forth in President Biden’s Executive Order.
This allows the vaccination mandate to go into effect for federal contractors in the majority of the country.
