Lebanon’s leaders have once more met with the US energy envoy who is in Beirut for talks. President Michel Aoun, Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati and Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri have reportedly given the envoy a unified Lebanese proposal which the envoy will be taking to the Israeli side for a response.
