Israel’s far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stormed the Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under tight police protection on Tuesday morning.

Local sources affirmed that Ben-Gvir toured the site for 13 minutes under heavy security.

Palestinian resistance and national forces had earlier warned that such a provocative move by Ben-Gvir would spark violence.
