On November 23, the next measurement of prisoners of war between Ukraine and Russia took place.
As the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yarmak reported , 36 people returned to their homeland: 22 soldiers of the National Guard, 8 border guards, 4 marines, one soldier and one civilian.
